We provide the necessary paints in a wide variety of rainbow colors that can be sprayed on or simply rolled on for a brand new look, thus providing less heat build up and extended life of our products for many more years to come.
 
Through the use of polyurethane bonding agents and color technology, we have developed these products faster and smarter to colorize most any type of recycled and virgin rubber and rubber products through the use of polymeric, polyurethane and pigmented technology. A process the produces environmentally safe, non-toxic, and UV protective coatings that are consistent and cost effective. Below is a list of all the coloring options available. Colors not listed here can be custom made to fit your needs.

Bond*Bright Dispersions : Pigmented, polymeric dispersions for the coating of recycled rubber.
Bond*Bright BC & BXC Emulsions: Pigmented, polymeric emulsions for pre-coating rubber for molding
Mat*Bond 2000: Aliphatic bonding for molded rubber products.
Bond*Tite : Aliphatic, polymeric binders for coating and bonding applications.
Darker colors are mixed at 3% by weight. Lighter colors are mixed at 5% by weight.

Bond*Bright Pigmented Emulsions: (for molded color applications where pigment adhesion to substrate is enhanced by the molding adhesive or clear binder coating).
BC and BXC products are available in all standard dispersion colors shown above. BC products 3x, and BXC products,12x stronger in pigment strength than the standard. Bond *Bright dispersion. Add price adjustment to the Standard Prices for each color.

All products are FOB Point of Manufacturer: Surcharge for alternative packaging. Pricing is given in non-returnable containers only. Special requests can be made for smaller orders (1-gallon pails), which is subject to a pricing surcharge. MSDS's are available upon written request signed by an officer of the company and faxed to our offices with an original sent in the mail. |
